João Abrunhosa
MA Student in Interaction Design
Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Design from the Lisbon School of Architecture, University of Lisbon, where he is currently a student in the Interaction Design Master’s degree.
Researcher at CIAUD – Research Centre for Architecture, Urbanism and Design. His research is focused on tangible interaction design and interactive print, while looking into the contextualization of the waves of HCI, and expanding on the materiality of interaction.
He published the article “Gamification for sustainable development” in User Experience and User Creativity (UXUC) journal, which regards improving sustainable consumer habits in smart stores with Augmented Reality.
He also has experience in 3D Printing, Modeling and Animation, as well as digital and physical prototyping.
