Mafalda Casais
Phd in Design
Holds a PhD in Design from the Faculty of Industrial Design Engineering, TU Delft, Delft University of Technology, Netherlands. She is also Bachelor in Design and Master in Product Design, from the Lisbon School of Architecture, University of Lisbon.
She was involved in teaching at Bachelor, Master and PhD level and supervised master thesis in Design. Since 2019, she teaches Applied Positive Psychology at ISCSP – Higher Institute of Social and Political Sciences, University of Lisbon.
Her research focuses on well-being related symbolic meaning in products and she regularly publishes in scientific journals and academic conferences.
